摘要
目的:分析潮阳潮南地区不同孕周的妊娠期女性甲状腺激素表达水平及与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的相关性。方法:选取潮阳潮南地区2017年11月-2020年11月于潮阳区大峰医院定期复查的43例孕周≤12周的妊娠期女性为早期妊娠组,43例孕周为13~27周的妊娠期女性为中期妊娠组,43例孕周≥28周的妊娠期女性为晚期妊娠组,另选取同期于本院体检的43例健康非妊娠女性为对照组。比较四组甲状腺激素水平、GSH-Px及SOD水平,并分析甲状腺激素水平与GSH-Px、SOD的相关性。结果:早、中、晚期妊娠组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素水平(FT_(4))水平均低于对照组,甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。早、中、晚期妊娠组FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平逐渐降低,TSH、TgAb水平逐渐增高,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早、中、晚期妊娠组的GSH-Px及SOD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。早、中、晚期妊娠组GSH-Px及SOD水平逐渐降低,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析,FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平与GSH-Px、SOD水平均呈正相关性(P<0.05);TSH、TgAb水平与GSH-Px、SOD水平均呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:潮阳潮南地区妊娠期女性,随着孕周的延长,FT_(3)、FT_(4)、GSH-Px及SOD水平水平明显降低,TSH、TgAb水平明显增高,GSH-Px及SOD水平与不同孕周妊娠期女性甲状腺激素水平明确相关,对妊娠合并甲状腺病的预测具有重要的意义。
Objective:To analyze the expression level of thyroid hormone and its correlation with glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in pregnant women of different gestational weeks in Chaoyang and Chaonan area.Method:Forty-three pregnant women with gestational age≤12 weeks who were regularly rechecked in Dafeng Hospital of Chaoyang District from November 2017 to November 2020 were selected as the early pregnancy group,43 pregnant women with gestational age between 13 and 27 weeks as the middle pregnancy group,and 43 pregnant women with gestational age≥28 weeks as the late pregnancy group.In addition,43 healthy non-pregnant women who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The thyroid hormone levels,GSH-Px and SOD levels of the four groups were compared,and the correlation between thyroid hormone levels and GSH-Px and SOD was analyzed.Result:The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))in early,middle and late pregnancy groups were lower than those in control group,while the level of thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of FT_(3) and FT_(4) in the early,middle and third trimester groups were gradually decreased,while the levels of TSH and TgAb were gradually increased,and the pairwise comparison between groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of GSH-Px and SOD in early,middle and late pregnancy groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of GSH-Px and SOD in the early,middle and third trimester groups decreased gradually,and the pairwise comparison between groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that FT_(3) and FT_(4) levels were positively correlated with GSH-Px and SOD levels(P<0.05).TSH and TgAb levels were negatively correlated with GSH-Px and SOD levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:In pregnant women in Chaoyang and Chaonan area,with the extension of gestational age,the levels of FT_(3),FT_(4),GSH-Px and SOD decreased significantly,while the levels of TSH and TgAb increased significantly.Gsh-px and SOD levels were clearly correlated with thyroid hormone levels in women of different gestational ages,which had important significance for the prediction of thyroid disease in pregnancy.
