弹性髓内针固定治疗大龄儿童移位型锁骨中段骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨弹性髓内针固定治疗大龄儿童移位型锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法采用弹性髓内针固定治疗65例大龄儿童移位型锁骨中段骨折患儿。观察骨折复位、愈合、并发症和肩关节功能恢复情况。结果患儿均获得随访,时间3~9个月。术后未出现内固定松动、断裂及顶破皮肤,无感染、骨折再移位等并发症发生。骨折均达到解剖复位或近解剖复位,均骨性愈合。末次随访时按照肩关节功能Neer评分标准评价均为优。结论弹性髓内针固定治疗大龄儿童移位型锁骨中段骨折具有微创、固定可靠、并发症少等优点。 Objective To investigate the effect of titanium elastic nail(TEN)internal fixation in the treatment of displaced middle clavicle fractures in oldeRchildren.Methods The 65 oldeRchildren with displaced middle clavicle fractures were treated with TEN.The fracture reduction,healing,complications and functional recovery of shouldeRjoint were observed.Results All patients were followed up foR3~9 months.There were no complications such as loosening,fracture and puncturing skin of the internal fixation,infection oRredisplacement of fracture.All fractures achieved anatomical reduction oRneaRanatomical reduction,and all fractures got bony healing.At the last follow-up,the shouleRjoint function assessed with NeeRscoring standard were all excellent.Conclusions Intemal fixation with TEN is used in the treatment of displaced middle clavicle fractures in oldeRchildren,which has the advantages of minimally invasive,reliable fixation and feweRcomplications.
