摘要 针对既有有砟轨道线路中作业面宽度较小的隧道、桥梁段道砟机械化清筛难题,设计了SQS‑300型隧道桥梁清筛车。采用倾斜式挖掘装置或垂直式挖掘装置,实现最小挖掘宽度3100 mm(Ⅱ型枕)、3200 mm(Ⅲ型枕);采用道砟综合回填技术,大幅减少人工辅助,缩短辅助作业时间;采用具有自动控制功能的主辅起拨道装置进行线路挖掘前后起拨道作业,配合横平测量及里程测量装置、分砟犁与回填装置,实现作业后线路水平和轨向良好;采用排水沟挖掘装置实现了桥梁两侧排水沟槽道砟的挖掘和疏通;设计了水雾喷淋、发动机尾气净化、通风装置,改善了现场作业环境。经现场运用,铁路隧道桥梁段道床机械化清筛施工组织方案合理可行,清筛车性能良好。 Aiming at the problem of mechanized cleaning of tunnels and bridges with small working face width in the existing ballast track,a SQS-300 tunnel and bridge cleaning vehicle was designed.The inclined or vertical excavating device was adopted to realize the minimum excavation width of 3100 mm(typeⅡsleeper)and 3200 mm(typeⅢsleeper).Comprehensive ballast backfilling technology was adopted to greatly reduce manual assistance and shorten the auxiliary operation time.The main and auxiliary track lifting devices with automatic control function were used for track lifting before and after line excavation,together with horizontal leveling and mileage measuring devices,ballast plow and backfilling devices to achieve good line level and track direction after operation.The drainage ditch excavation device was used to excavate and dredge the ballast of the drainage ditch on both sides of the bridge.Water mist spraying,engine exhaust purification and ventilation devices were designed to improve the on-site working environment.The on-site application shows that the mechanized cleaning construction organization scheme of railway tunnel bridge line is reasonable and feasible,and the performance of cleaning vehicle is good.
