A Design of Prevent Runaway for Finite-angle Servo System of Radar

摘要 根据有限转角雷达伺服系统工作过程中防止失控的需要,结合系统组成及前后向通道的工作原理,分析了失控的主要原因,充分利用现有硬件资源和系统各功能模块的工作特点,设计在线检测方法,并进行了试验验证,结果表明该设计可实时准确掌握主要模块的工作状态,及时应对故障情况,主动降低失控危害,对同类型系统具有较好的推广应用价值。 According to the need of preventing runaway during the working process of the finite-angle radar servo system, the composition of the system and the principle of forward and backward channel are discussed. In this paper, the cause of getting out of control are analyzed, and the existing hardware resources and the related features of each functional module of the system are made full use of. The on-line detection method was tested. The results showed that the design could grasp the working status of main modules in real time. It is of great value for the same type of system to deal with the fault situation and reduce the damage of the out of control.
