摘要
为精准定位村落价值、精细保护村落文脉、精确提升村落旅游发展水平,实现传统村落乡村振兴,构建“三轮驱动”下的传统村落保护价值评价体系,明确发展短板,探索传统村落的差异化保护与提升路径,为传统村落旅游与乡村振兴战略的衔接提供新视角。研究结果表明:①单一理论、普适性原则指导下的传统村落保护与发展具有一定的局限性与偏向性,“三轮驱动”视域下的传统村落差异化保护与发展框架具有扎实的理论依据与现实背景。②4个传统村落保护价值评价结果两极分化严重,表明4个传统村落保护价值及竞争力差异较大。③根据乡村振兴总要求与评价结果将4个传统村落归类为文化价值、经济价值、社会价值、人居环境、社会环境提升型,其乡村振兴与文化补偿措施需“因村施策”,以满足传统村落的差异化发展需求。
In order to accurately locate the value of village,finely protect the context of village,accurately improve the level of village tourism development,and realize the revitalization of traditional village,this paper built a traditional village protection value evaluation system from the perspective of“three-wheel drive”,clarified development shortcomings,and explored the paths of differentiated protectionand promotion for traditional villages,which provided a new perspective for the convergence of traditional village tourism and rural revitalization strategies.The following results are concluded.(1)The protection and development of traditional villages guided by the single theory and universality principles have certain limitations and biases,and the construction of a differentiated protection and development framework for traditional villages under the“three-wheel drive”has a solid theoretical basisand realistic background.(2)The evaluation results of protection values for the four traditional villages are highly polarized,indicating that the protection values and competitiveness of the four traditional villages are quite different.(3)According to the general requirements of rural revitalization and the evaluation results,the four traditional villages are classified as the cultural value,economic value,social value,living environment and social environment promotion.The rural revitalization and cultural compensation measures need to be implemented according to the villages to meet the differentiated development demands of traditional villages.
