摘要 伴随着社会生活的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,每个人的综合素质也在不断提升。大数据作为当前最为新颖的技术层面概念,其不但对于国家的经济和工业有着重要的推进作用,而且对于高校辅导员学生教育管理工作也有一定的影响。高校辅导员学生教育管理工作信息化,主要是把在辅导员对学生教育管理工作过程中产生的数据资料,利用信息系统进行了收集、整合,并把这些资料作为高校辅导员进行工作决策的依据,其在一定的程度上促进了高校辅导员学生教育管理工作的开展,提升了学生管理工作进行的效率,但是实际上高校没有对学生教育管理工作过程产生的信息数据进行深入的价值开发,在大数据时代环境下,这个问题能够得到有效的解决,因此基于大数据时代环境下高校辅导员学生管理工作的研究,有着积极的现实意义。 With the continuous development of social life, people’s living standards have been continuously improved, and everyone’s comprehensive quality has also been continuously improved. As the most novel technical concept at present, big data not only plays an important role in promoting the national economy and industry, but also has a certain impact on the education and management of college counselors and students. The informatization of college counselors’ student education management mainly collects and integrates the data generated in the process of counselors’ student education management by using the information system, and takes these data as the basis for college counselors’ work decision-making, which promotes the development of college counselors’ student education management to a certain extent, it improves the efficiency of student management, but in fact, colleges and universities do not carry out in-depth value development for the information data generated in the process of student education and management. In the environment of big data era, this problem can be effectively solved. Therefore, the research on student management of college counselors based on big data era environment has positive practical significance.
