摘要
针对洞庭湖特大桥结构设计形式新颖、桥址处特殊的气候条件及生态环保要求,以及后期运营过程中钢梁桥面板对防水、防腐要求高的特点,大桥钢梁桥面在世界范围内首次采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)进行防水铺装层施工。超高的力学性能及耐久性,大大提升正交异性桥面铺装体系安全健康水平。介绍了钢梁桥面防水铺装层施工工艺原理,阐述了钢筋、模板、混凝土等关键施工要点,重点总结了超高性能混凝土在铁路正交异性钢桥面上应用的新技术、质量保证手段。
In view of the Dongting lake bridge structure design novel form,are very special climate and ecological environment protection,the steel bridge deck slabs in the process of the late operation and the characteristics of high waterproof,anti-corrosion,bridge girder bridge in the world for the first time Using High Performance Concrete(UHPC)waterproof surfacing layer construction.Ultra high mechanical properties and durability,greatly enhance the level of orthotropic bridge deck pavement system is safe and healthy.This paper first introduces the construction technology of steel girder bridge deck waterproof surfacing layer theory,and then expounds the reinforcing steel bar,template,concrete and other key construction points,and focus on high performance concrete are summarized in the railway on the orthotropic steel bridge deck is the application of new technology,quality assurance.
