摘要
有机磷农药是农产品中应用最广泛的杀虫剂或杀螨剂,具有成本低、杀灭效率高等特点。食品中残留的有机磷及其代谢物会造成农畜产品和生态环境污染,威胁人体生命与健康,建立灵敏、快速的有机磷农药检测技术对食品安全监管有重要意义。文章综述了碳纳米管、石墨烯、富勒烯3种碳纳米材料作为萃取吸附剂在有机磷农药检测样品前处理中的应用研究进展,并对碳纳米材料在有机磷农药检测中的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Organophosphorus pesticides are the most widely used agricultural insecticides or acaricides due to their inexpensive cost and efficiency.Organophosphorus residues and its metabolites in food can pollute agricultural and livestock products,and ecological environment,threatening human life and health.It is of great significance to establish sensitive and rapid detection technology of organophosphorus pesticides for food safety supervision.This review intended to provide a general overview on the application of carbon nanotubes,graphene and fullerene as extraction adsorbents in the pretreatment of organophosphorus pesticide detection and prospect the direction of future research.
