摘要
对裂缝产生的原因展开了分析,提出了增加构造配筋、设置伸缩缝、布置后浇带等裂缝控制措施。为进一步掌握大型水池裂缝控制技术,结合污水厂生物反应池设计实例,通过对结构应力展开受力分析提出了不设缝设计方案,采取了增加抗温构造筋、设置后浇带、添加抗裂剂等多重裂缝控制措施,最终成功杜绝了水池裂缝的产生,并解决了设置伸缩缝带来的结构耐久性问题。
The causes of the cracks are analyzed,and some crack control measures are put forward,such as adding structural reinforcement,setting expansion joints and arranging post-pouring belts.In order to further master the crack control technology of large pool,combined with the design example of biological reaction pool of sewage plant,the design scheme without crack is put forward by force analysis of structural stress,and multiple crack control measures were taken,such as adding thermal resistant structural reinforcement,setting post-pouring belt and adding anti-crack agent.Finally,the crack of the pool is eliminated successfully,and the durability of the structure caused by the expansion joint is solved.
