高速公路隧道预埋件快速施工技术研究

摘要 为解决高速公路隧道预埋件施工定位难度大、进度慢及施工质量差等问题,本文以广东省鸿图特长隧道为依托工程,通过定位后的二衬台车模板接缝位置作为预埋件、预留洞室施工的参照点进行定位,能够达到预埋件快速、精准定位的目的,提高了预埋件施工质量,形成高速公路预埋件快速施工技术,极大程度降低了预埋件返工处理的概率,为机电工程施工争取了时间。 In order to solve the problems of difficult positioning,slow progress and poor construction quality of embedded parts in expressway tunnel,this paper takes Guangdong Hongtu super long tunnel as the supporting project,and uses the position of the formwork joint of the positioned secondary lining trolley as the reference point for the construction of embedded parts and reserved caverns,which can achieve the purpose of rapid and accurate positioning of embedded parts,improve the construction quality of embedded parts and form the rapid construction technology of expressway embedded parts,the probability of rework of embedded parts is greatly reduced and time is saved for electromechanical engineering construction.
