摘要
目的:观察磷硅酸钙钠凝胶在正畸治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年12月武汉市新洲区中医医院收治的80例行正畸治疗的患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。所有患者于牙面粘结直丝弓托槽后,去除托槽边缘的粘结剂,并每月按时复查,对照组给予含氟牙膏刷牙,试验组在使用含氟牙膏刷牙后涂抹磷硅酸钙钠凝胶于托槽周围牙面。比较两组治疗3、6、9个月的出血指数、菌斑指数、牙釉质脱矿指数(enamel demineralization index,EDI)及牙釉质脱矿发生率。结果:试验组3、6、9个月的出血指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗6、9个月时的菌斑指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗3、6、9个月的EDI均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗3、6、9个月的牙釉质脱矿发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磷硅酸钙钠凝胶能够降低患者正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的发生率,改善牙周出血及菌斑指数,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of calcium sodium phosphosilicate gel in orthodontic treatment.Method:A total of 80 patients with orthodontic treatment admitted to Wuhan Xinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.After the straight wire bracket was bonded to the tooth surface in all patients,the adhesive on the edge of the bracket was removed,all patients were reviewed on time every month.The control group was given fluoride toothpaste to brush their teeth.In the experimental group,calcium sodium phosphosilicate gel was applied to the dental surface around the bracket after brushing their teeth with fluoride toothpaste.The bleeding index,plaque index,enamel demineralization index(EDI)and the incidence of enamel demineralization were compared between the two groups at 3,6 and 9 months of treatment.Result:The bleeding indexes of experimental group at 3,6 and 9 months of treatment were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The plaque indexes of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group at 6 and 9 months of treatment(P<0.05).EDI in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3,6 and 9 months(P<0.05).The incidences of enamel demineralization in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3,6 and 9 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcium sodium phosphosilicate gel can reduce the incidence of enamel demineralization in patients with orthodontic treatment and improve periodontal bleeding and plaque index,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
