摘要
为研究微酸性电解水(SAEW)喷雾消毒对层叠式笼养肉鸡舍内消毒效果,试验在层叠式笼养肉鸡舍使用有效氯浓度(ACC)为60 mg/L、80 mg/L和100 mg/L的微酸性电解水进行喷雾消毒,确定适宜有效氯浓度的微酸性电解水并与百毒杀和聚维酮碘比较对鸡舍空气的消毒效果,同时观察不同风机停开时间和喷嘴直径下微酸性电解水的杀菌效果。结果显示:微酸性电解水在喷雾消毒方式下,消毒效果随着有效氯浓度的升高而增强,有效氯浓度为80 mg/L和100 mg/L的微酸性电解水杀菌率分别达到64.2%和70.2%,消毒效果都优于百毒杀和聚维酮碘;在喷雾5min后开启风机和喷嘴直径设定为60μm时的采样情况下,有效氯浓度为100 mg/L的微酸性电解水杀菌率为70.2%,有效氯损耗率为78.5%,具有较好的杀菌效果。研究说明微酸性电解水可以替代常用化学消毒剂用于层叠式笼养肉鸡舍的喷雾消毒。
This experiment aimed to investigate the bactericidal effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SAEW) in cascading caged-rearing broiler houses. Spraying bactericidal tests were carried out in cascading caged-rearing broiler house using SAEW with available chlorine concentrations(ACC) of 60, 80 and 100 mg/L. The appropriate concentrations for SAEW in cascading caged-rearing broiler house was determined. The disinfection effects were compared among SAEW, pesto killing and povidone iodine solution, different treatment time and nozzle diameter on the bactericidal efficiency of SAEW were also determined.The results showed that the bactericidal activity of SAEW was increased with ACC increasing. The bactericidal effect rates of spraying SAEW with 80 and 100 mg/L ACC were 64.2% and 70.2%, both greater than pesto killing and povidone iodine solution.Under the condition of 5 min spraying and 60 μm nozzle diameter, SAEW with 100 mg/L ACC had the bactericidal rates of 70.2%and the more loss available chlorine rates of 78.5%. The experiment suggested that SAEW may be an alternative to chemical disinfectants used in spray disinfection in cascading caged-rearing broiler house.
