摘要
经过十余年的研究和发展,我国高速铁路钢轨标准和质量达到了世界先进水平。高速轮轨匹配关系的研究及应用结果表明:适当地提高车轮硬度,能够延长轮轨部件的使用寿命,与其他2种钢轨型面相比,60N廓形适应性更佳,有效改善了动车组运行性能。高速铁路钢轨的服役性能表现为,大半径曲线和直线钢轨磨耗较小,高速铁路钢轨主要伤损形式表现为擦伤、硌伤以及波磨等。智能运维和适应更高速度将是我国高速铁路钢轨技术的重点发展方向。
After more than ten years of research and development,the standard and quality of high-speed rail in China have reached the world advanced level.The research and application results of high-speed wheel rail matching in China show that properly increasing the wheel hardness can prolong the service life of wheel rail components.Compared with the other two kinds of rail profile,the 60N profile has better adaptability and effectively which improves the operation performance of EMU.The service performance of high-speed railway rail show that there's less wear on the large radius curve and straight rail.Scratch,abrasion and wave wear are the main damage forms of high-speed railway.Intelligent operation and maintenance and adapting to higher speed will be the key development directions of high-speed railway rail technology in China.
