摘要
基于医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)建设设计的临床路径评价管理系统,可实现单病种临床路径管理控制,规范临床住院诊疗过程,提高诊疗质量,降低患者住院付费。目前,常熟市第一人民医院各科室不断增加入径病例,增加病种数,共开展临床路径180多个,临床路径病例比非临床路径病例诊疗方案、诊疗疗程、抗菌药物的使用、辅助药物的使用更加合理。依托临床路径评价管理手段,提高住院诊疗效率,减少平均住院天数,促进医疗水平不断提高。
Design a clinical path evaluation management system based on(Hospital Information System)HIS to realize clinical path management and control of single disease.We will standardize the clinical inpatient diagnosis and treatment process,improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment,and reduce patient payment for hospitalization.At present,all departments of our hospital are increasing the number of diseases,and more than 180 clinical paths have been carried out.Clinical path cases are more reasonable than the diagnosis and treatment plan,diagnosis and treatment courses,the use of antimicrobial drugs and the use of auxiliary drugs.Relying on the clinical path evaluation and management means,improve the efficiency of inpatient treatment,reduce the average number of hospitalization,and promote the continuous improvement of medical level.
