摘要
颈源性眩晕多以头晕与颈项部疼痛并见,且伴有恶心、呕吐、耳鸣等,随着患病基数的增加,已经严重影响了人们的生活。吴教授认为颈源性眩晕多因骨错筋伤、风痰上扰,再加神明失用所致,在治疗上注重舒筋通络、祛风化痰,并从神论治以安神止眩。验方葛根天麻汤,组方精妙,疗效显著,并附验案一则,以资佐证。
Cervical vertigo is often associated with dizziness and neck pain,and it is accompanied by nausea,vomiting,tinnitus,etc..With the increase of the disease base,it has seriously affected people’s lives.Professor WU believes that cervical vertigo is mostly caused by bone and tendon injury,wind and phlegm disturbance in addition to mental disorder.In the treatment,attention is given to relaxing tendons and collaterals,dispelling wind and resolving phlegm,calming the nerves and stopping dizziness based on differentiation treatment of the spirit,Gegen Tianma decoction(葛根天麻汤)is of exquisite prescription and it has significant curative effect,and a tested case is attached.
