绿色智能矿山背景下煤矿开采技术专业人才培养研究 被引量:8

摘要 煤炭行业正在朝着绿色智能方向迅速发展,高质量的专业技术型人才供给不可或缺。为研究如何更好地培养绿色智能矿山背景下煤矿开采技术专业人才,结合智能矿山结构与技术,分析毕业生所需专业素质,探讨人才培养的难点以及关键点,结果表明:毕业生专业素质应包含采煤基础、矿井通信、矿山物联网、计算机技术、矿山智能机电五个方面。由于智能矿山职业型人才培养仍然存在学生基础薄弱、实训实习困难、缺少职业认同、缺乏系统的智能矿山教材、教师不熟悉智能采矿等困难,为此,需要采取应对措施进行改善。智能矿山职业型人才培养的关键在于把握企业人才能力要求,深化课程改革,增设智能课程或融入智能元素,添置智能实训设备并优化实训教学,与智能矿山企业开展校企合作。 The coal industry is rapidly developing in the direction of green and intelligent,and the supply of high-quality professional and technical talents is indispensable.In order to study how to improve the training of professional and technical talents in the field of intelligent mine under this background,combining with the green intelligent mine structure and technology.This paperis going to analyze the required professional quality of coal graduates,and to explore the difficulties and key points of training coal talents.According to related studies and the study results of this paper,the coal graduates professional quality should include five aspects:coal base,mine communication,mine Internet of things,computer technology,and the mine intelligent electromechanical.At present,in the development of the intelligent mine teaching,there are still the following difficulties in the cultivation of professional coal talents,such as the weak foundation of students,difficulties in practical training and practice,lack of professional identity,lack of systematic intelligent mine teaching materials,teachers are not familiar with intelligent mining,etc..Therefore,corresponding measures should be taken to improve it in the future.The key to the cultivation of intelligent mining professional talents lies in deepening the curriculum reform,adding intelligent courses or integrating intelligent elements,adding intelligent practical training equipment to optimize practical teaching,and carrying out school-enterprise cooperation with intelligent mining enterprises on the basis of grasping the needs of corporate talents.
