摘要
高等职业教育教师制度建设应凸显高职教师的“高等性+职业性”的职业定位特点、“理论性+实践性”的职业知识基础、“专职型+兼职型”的职业身份属性,它与普通本科教师制度建设应当是有所区别。然而,现行高职教师制度在国家政策逻辑、目标模糊逻辑与专业化逻辑等作用下,表现出与普通本科教师制度的强制性趋同、模仿性趋同和规范性趋同。高职教师制度趋同从本质而言是制度建设迷失于组织合法性所致,重构高职教师制度合法性成为解决高职教师制度趋同问题的可行之道,即从高职教师制度的规制合法性、文化合法性和认同合法性三方面助推高职教师制度从趋同现状走向求异构建。
The construction of higher vocational education teacher system should highlight the vocational orientation characteristics of"higher+professional",the professional knowledge basis of"theory+practice"and the professional identity attribute of"full-time+part-time"of higher vocational teachers,which should be different from the construction of ordinary undergraduate teacher system.However,under the influence of national policy logic,objective fuzzy logic and specialization logic,the current higher vocational teacher system shows mandatory convergence,imitation convergence and normative convergence with the ordinary undergraduate teacher system.The convergence of the higher vocational teacher system is essentially caused by the loss of the system construction in the organizational legitimacy.Reconstructing the legitimacy of the higher vocational teacher system has become a feasible way to solve the problem of the higher vocational teacher system convergence,that is,from the legal regulation of the higher vocational teacher system.The three aspects of sexuality,cultural legitimacy and identity legitimacy promote the higher vocational teacher system from the status quo of convergence to the construction of seeking differences.
