摘要
近年来工程总承包模式在建设领域的应用逐年增加,采用工程总承包模式后,建设管理单位的项目管控重点发生了变化,对这类工程的招投标管理提出更高的管理要求。本文通过研究工程总承包项目招标管理的几个重点内容,包括:招标准备与招标策划、招标文件的编制、评标办法、中标文件与招标要求的匹配性检查、合约管理,得出相应的管理经验,希望为类似项目的招投标与合约管理提供参考。
In recent years,the application of general contracting(EPC)mode in the field of construction has increased year by year.After the adoption of EPC mode,the project management and control focus of construction management units has changed,and puts forward higher management requirements for bidding management of such projects.This paper studies several key contents of bidding management of EPC projects,including bidding preparation and bidding planning,preparation of bidding documents,bid evaluation methods,matching inspection between bid winning documents and bidding requirements,and contract management.Obtaines corresponding management experience,provides reference for bidding and contract management of similar projects.
