摘要
为了对BIM项目实施过程产生的可重复利用的BIM构件或组件进行有机管理,提高铁路工程项目BIM设计生产效率,对铁路工程BIM构件库建设与管理关键技术进行研究,提出BIM构件的分类与编码、命名方式、几何深度和信息深度要求,系统阐述构件库管理系统的搭建、用户角色分类和权限职责、构件入库流程、构件审核要点等,对构件库数据安全维护提出设想。并对研究成果进行验证与应用,实现了BIM构件资源整合、有效传递和高效利用,有利于BIM生产项目降本、提质、增效。
In order to scientifically manage the reusable BIM objects or components generated during the implementation of BIM project and improve the BIM design and production efficiency in railway engineering projects,this paper studies the key technologies for the building and management of BIM objects library of railway engineering,proposes the requirements for the classification and coding,naming method,geometric depth and information depth of BIM objects,clarifies the establishment of the objects library management system,the classification,authority and responsibilities of user roles,the warehousing process and key review points,etc.,and puts forward ideas for the security maintenance of objects library data.The research results are verified and applied to realize resource integration,effective transmission and efficient utilization of BIM objects,which is conducive to cost reduction,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of BIM production projects.
