摘要
目的:对手术室护理人员的手术烟雾基础知识以及防护情况进行现状调查。方法:于2021年1月—2月,对全国23家三级医院及3家二级医院的195名手术室护理人员,通过网络调查的方式开展手术烟雾基础知识及防护情况调查。结果:手术室护理人员手术烟雾基础知识得分为(74.01±2.62)分,手术烟雾防护行为得分为(55.02±3.13)分。多元线性分析结果显示,手术室工作年限是手术烟雾基础知识的影响因素,手术室工作年限及技术职称是手术烟雾防护行为的影响因素。结论:手术室护理人员对手术烟雾的认知存在不足,防护意识和行为有待提升,管理者应该加强对手术室护理人员手术烟雾相关知识培训、提升防护意识及防护能力,配置有效烟雾清除设备。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of knowledge and protective behavior to surgical smoke among nurses in operating room.Methods:The operating room nurses from 26 hospitals in China were selected to carry out an online questionnaire survey.Results:The average score of the basic knowledge of surgical smoke was 74.01±2.62.The average score of the surgical smoke protective behavior was 55.02±3.13.Working years was the impact factor of the surgical smoke knowledge.Working years and technical title were the impact factors of the surgical smoke protective behavior.Conclusion:The nurses in operating room had insufficient knowledge about surgical smoke,and their protective behavior regarding surgical smoke need to be improved.Managers should have effective equipments to remove the surgical smoke and provide healthy environment to nursing staff.
