摘要
目前国内利用离子色谱法测定水中碘离子含量的多数报道是利用进口仪器如Thermo和Metrohm,鲜有利用全套国产仪器进行水中碘离子含量的测定,特别是国产脉冲安培检测器并没有相关报道。将在Thermo ICS5000+离子色谱仪上开发的快速测定水中碘离子色谱条件应用到全套国产离子色谱仪-安培检测器上进行方法学验证实验。结果表明:I-在5μg/L~100μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数达到0.9998以上,进样量100μL时检出限为1.03μg/L,定量限为3.42μg/L(3S/N),进样重复性良好,加标回收率在93%~99.4%之间。检出限和测定下限仅为国标抑制-电导法的1/5左右,符合国家标准,能够满足I-的低浓度检测,为国产仪器的推广应用提供一个可行的方案。
The chromatographic conditions for the rapid determination of iodide ion in water developed on the Thermo ICS5000+ion chromatograph are applied to a full set of domestic ion chromatograph-ampere detectors for methodological verification experiments.The results show that the iodide ion has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5—100μg/L,the correlation coefficient is above 0.9998,the LOD is1.03μg/L when the injection volume is 100μl,and the LOQ is 3.42μg/L(3S/N),the sample injection repeatability is good,and the recovery rate of standard addition is between 93%and 99.4%.The LOD and the LOQ are only about 1/5 of the national standard suppression-conductivity method,which meets the national standards and meets the requirements of low concentration detection of iodide ions,providing a feasible solution for the popularization and application of domestic instruments.
