摘要
研制了基于数据挖掘的智能慢性创伤伤口问诊系统,该系统基于微信小程序,编制了数据收集端口,用户登录注册即可使用。慢性创伤伤口智能诊断系统规范了慢性创伤伤口治疗,生成相应的诊断治疗软件,形成系统、规范的慢性伤口标准化管理方案,与对照组相比,观察组显效率、总有效率均增加,差异有统计学意义(P<005),且观察组疼痛感低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该系统工具测量时间较短(2~6分钟),可有效缩短临床工作时间。慢性创伤伤口智能诊断系统可对伤口进行规范化评估,根据数据分析明确下一步的治疗方案的选择;为患者建立电子病例档案,方便后期资料查询、病历统计、后期随访、管理。
Study intelligent inquiry system for chronic wound based on data mining(DM).This system is based on the wechat applet,the data collection port is compiled,and users can log in and register to use it.The intelligent diagnosis system of chronic trauma wound can make standardized assessment of the wound,and produce relevant software of diagnosis and treatment,formulate systematic and standardized management program for chronic wound.The efficiency and total effective rate of observation group increased which compare with the control group,there was statistical significance in the difference(P<0.05),and pain of observation group was lower than that of control group,there was statistical significance in the difference(P<0.05).The measuring time of this system tool was short(2-6min),which could effectively shorten clinical working time.The intelligent diagnosis and treatment system for chronic wound would conduct standardization evaluation for the wound.Clear the choice of next treatment schedule according to data analysis.Build electronic patient record for convenient data query later,case history statistics,later follow-up and management.
