摘要
文章基于新结构经济学视角将产业结构纳入人力资本匹配的分析框架当中,并运用耦合协调模型对我国31个省份(不包括港、澳、台地区)2005—2019年人力资本与产业结构的耦合协调度进行了测算,以此衡量人力资本匹配程度。在此基础上,利用面板双固定模型和中介效应模型考察了人力资本匹配对区域经济效率的影响效应及作用机制。结果显示:第一,我国人力资本匹配总体呈上升趋势,但增长较为缓慢,其中东部地区整体匹配度最高,中部地区次之,西部地区最低。第二,面板双向固定效应模型显示,人力资本匹配对区域经济效率的提升具有显著积极作用,且该影响效应具有区域异质性。第三,作用机制检验表明,人力资本匹配可以通过促进城镇化发展和加速技术创新实现区域经济效率的提升。
From on the perspective of new structural economics, this paper brings industrial structure into the analysis framework of human capital matching, and uses the coupling coordination model to measure the coupling coordination degree of human capital and industrial structure in 31 provinces of China from 2005 to 2019. On this basis, the effects and mechanism of human capital matching on regional economic efficiency are investigated by using panel dual fixed model and intermediary effect model. The results show that: first, the overall matching of human capital in China is on the rise, but the growth is relatively slow. The overall matching degree is the highest in the eastern region, followed by the central region and the lowest in the western region. Second, the panel bidirectional fixed effects model shows that human capital matching has a significant positive effect on the improvement of regional economic efficiency, and the effect has regional heterogeneity. Third, the mechanism test shows that human capital matching can improve regional economic efficiency by promoting urbanization development and accelerating technological innovation.
