数据库技术辅助的文献检索与筛选方案研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的为解决目前文献检索与筛选中存在的问题,提出一种基于数据库技术的文献检索与筛选方案。方法以“中药引起的药物性肝损伤”文献检索与筛选为例,利用Access数据库结构化查询语言(SQL)的查询视图功能,通过关键词查询文献标题,按照不同层次、主题以及步骤,逐层递进筛选文献。人工复核筛选结果,同时完成关键词迭代,获得最终筛选结果。结果与传统基于关键词的文献检索和筛选相比,基于数据库技术的文献检索与筛选方案扩大了检索范围,提高了文献检索的查全率,关键词迭代完善了关键词表,借助Access数据库查询视图功能提高了文献筛选的效率、灵活性和准确度,减少了研究人员的工作量。结论应用数据库技术辅助的文献检索与筛选方案可以更加全面、准确、灵活、高效、便捷地筛选文献。 Objective To propose a literature retrieval and screening scheme based on database technology to solve the problems existing in the current literature retrieval and screening.Methods Taking the literature retrieval and screening of“drug-induced liver injury caused by Chinese materia medica”as an example,the query view function of the structured query language(SQL)of the Access database was used.Literature titles were searched by keywords,and literature was screened progressively layer by layer according to different levels,topics and steps.Manual review was conducted for the screening results and the iteration of keywords/words was complete,and the final screening results were obtained.Results Compared with the traditional keyword-based literature retrieval and screening,the literature retrieval and screening scheme based on database technology expanded the scope of retrieval and improved the recall rate of literature retrieval.Keyword iteration improved the keyword table,promoted the efficiency,flexibility and accuracy of literature screening with the help of the Access database query view function,and reduced the workload of researchers.Conclusion The literature retrieval and screening scheme assisted by database technology can screen literature more comprehensively,accurately,flexibly,efficiently and conveniently.
