摘要 目的:探讨医疗机构委托煎药中心代煎中药的质量管理模式及方法,为代煎中药实现标准化、规范化的质量控制管理提供参考。方法:对2018年8月至2021年9月期间,北京市昌平区中医医院委托煎药中心代煎中药的各个环节进行梳理,对其中出现的问题进行总结。结果:医疗机构委托代煎中心煎煮中药,其中会影响中药汤液质量的因素十分复杂,本文针对出现的问题提出相应解决办法,构建中药煎煮的管理模式。结论:本院在代煎中药全过程中以质量第一为原则,全方位对煎药质量进行把关,实行过程管理贯穿工作始终,在每一个环节都按照规范操作,减少人为的影响因素,提高中药汤剂质量、保障临床疗效。 Objective:To explore the quality management mode and method of decocting traditional Chinese medicine entrusted by medical institutions,so as to provide reference for the standardized and standardized quality control management of decocting traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:All links of substitute decocting TCM of the the decocting center,from August 2018 to September 2021,entrusted by the hospital were sorted out,and the problems were summarized.Results:The medical institution entrusted the decocting center to decoct traditional Chinese medicine,in which the factors affecting the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction were more complex,the corresponding solutions to the problems were put forward,and the management mode of traditional Chinese medicine decocting was constructed.Conclusion:In the whole process of substitute decocting traditional Chinese medicine,the principle of quality first is taken,the quality of decocting traditional Chinese medicine is checked in an all-round way,the process management is carried out throughout the work,the operation is implemented according to the standard in each link,so as to reduce man-made influencing factors,and provide references improves the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and ensure the clinical curative effect.
