东北电网风电次同步振荡风险评估及防控策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 鲁固直流投产以来,东北电网呈现火电及高渗透率新能源电力通过特高压直流打捆外送的局面,抑制次同步振荡、构建防护体系至关重要。揭示了高比例新能源电网出现次同步振荡现象的机理,开展次同步振荡影响因素分析;提出了一种基于有效短路比的次同步振荡风险筛选方法,为次同步监测布点提供理论依据;提出自适应频率变化的多振荡模式辨识技术,制定振荡分量辨识流程,并依次构建适用于风电场及风电汇集站的次同步振荡保护策略,实现对扰动风场的隔离切除。 Since the commissioning of Lugu DC,thermal power and high permeability new energy power have been sent out through UHV DC in Northeast China power grid.Therefore,restraining sub-synchronous oscillation and constructing protection system become imperative.It reveals the mechanism of sub-synchronous oscillation in high proportion of new energy grid,and analyses the influencing factors of sub-synchronous oscillation.A risk screening method of sub-synchronous oscillation based on effective short-circuit ratio is proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the distribution of sub-synchronous monitoring points.A multi-oscillation mode identification technology with adaptive frequency variation is proposed,and the identification process of oscillation components is formulated,and the sub-synchronous oscillation protection strategies suitable for wind farms and wind power gathering stations are constructed in turn to realize the isolation and removal of disturbed wind farms.
