摘要
以渤海某高含蜡原油为实验介质,开展了剪切冷指沉积实验分析,掌握了不同油温、流速和沉积时间下高含蜡原油的沉积规律。进一步采用适用于低含蜡油的Weispfennig关系式开展沉积厚度折算,并与所测试环道沉积厚度数据比对分析。结果表明:对所研究的高含蜡原油,当引入相变潜热无量纲参数、考虑石蜡相变的影响后,有助于提高冷指与环道沉积厚度的折算精度,从而更好适用于高含蜡原油的沉积数据分析。
The deposit mass of Bohai crude oil with high wax content under various temperature differences,rotational speeds/flow rate and deposition time was determined gravimetrically using cold finger.Deposition results in cold finger were then converted to calculated deposit thickness under flow loop condition with Weispfennig model,and further compared with the experimental deposit thickness from flow loop.For this kind of high waxy crude oil,Weispfennig model was improved by introducing Stefan number.After considering paraffin phase change,it was found that the relative error of Weispfennig conversion value compared with flow loop experimental data was minor.This helps to better apply the deposition data analysis for high wax content crude oil.
