摘要
结合空乘专业的岗位特点,校企之间需加强深度合作,以培养高技能、高素质应用型人才。双方可以校企订单式培养为试点,以校企技能型大赛为依托,以校企定期式招聘为渠道,以校企现代学徒制为试点,实现人才培养模式的创新。在培养过程中,校企需突出职业素养、专业技能、外语能力等多方面的考核,鼓励学生参加技能型大赛,提高职业技能,完善多元能力,提升职业素质。
According to the characteristics of in-flight service,the school&enterprise corporation need to be strengthened in order to cultivate the high leveled trainees with top skills and high qualities.They can try the"order-orientated"training classes,hold the skill-based competitions,arrange school recruitments regularly and put the modern apprenticeship into practice,so as to realize the innovation on talent training models.During the cultivation,both the school and enterprise should emphasize on the learners’professionalism,skills and foreign language ability,and encourage them to participate in more skill-based completions,which could improve their professional skills and multiple abilities,as well as professional qualities.
