摘要
目的探究氟保护漆、护牙素及奥敏清脱敏剂3种不同再矿化剂对酸蚀症牙釉质树脂粘结强度的影响。方法收集80颗发育完成的恒磨牙并制备平整釉质工作面,置于可口可乐中酸蚀5min,去离子水冲洗5min,放回人工唾液中,至此为完成一次脱矿,以上操作每日8h内完成6次,共计8d,完成酸蚀症模型制作,之后随机分成4组(n=20):A组为空白对照组,仅置于人工唾液中,B组、C组、D组分别使用氟保护漆、护牙素、奥敏清脱敏剂进行为期12d的再矿化。上述每组样本中分别选18颗于釉质工作面上堆塑树脂,并进行冷热循环500次,其中10颗用于剪切粘结强度测试,另8颗使用20g·L^(-1)亚甲蓝溶液染色24h。制备切片观察微渗漏情况,每组其余2颗堆塑树脂后切片用于扫描电镜观察。结果B组的剪切粘结强度低于A组(P<0.05),C组、D组与A组之间剪切粘结强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微渗漏方面各组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组扫描电镜观察结果,A组树脂与釉质之间粘结紧密,树脂突数量多且形态完整,B组的树脂与釉质之间粘结不紧密,未见明显树脂突形成,C组、D组粘结界面紧密,可见明显树脂突。结论使用氟保护漆再矿化酸蚀症牙釉质后,不利于后期树脂粘结修复,使用护牙素及奥敏清脱敏剂对树脂粘结的影响不大。
Objective To investigate the effect of three remineralizers of fluoride varnish,tooth mousse and Aominqing dental desensitizer on bond strength of enamel resin of dental erosion.Methods Eighty complete permanent molars were collected and the flat enamel working surface were prepared.The teeth were placed in Coca-Cola for acid erosion for five minutes,deionized water for five minutes,and returned into artificial saliva to complete a demineralization.The above operations were completed six times a day within eight hours,a total of 8 days,to complete the production of dental erosion model.Then the teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=20).Group A was blank control group,only placed in artificial saliva.Group B,group C and group D were remineralized with fluoride varnish,tooth mousse and Aominqing dental desensitizer for 12 days,respectively.Eighteen samples from each group were piled with resin on the enamel surface,and thermal cycling were carried out for 500 times.Ten samples were used for shear bond strength test,8 samples were stained with 20 g·L^(-1) methylene blue solution for 24 hours,and the sections were prepared to observe the micro-leakage.The sections of the other 2 resins in each group were observed by scanning electron microscope.Results The shear bond strength of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between group A,group C and group D(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in microleakage among those groups(P>0.05).The results of scanning electron microscope showed that the resin in group A had close adhesion with enamel.The number and shape of resin process in group A were numerous and complete.The bond between resin and enamel in group B was not close,no obvious resin process was found.While the bonding interface between group C and group D was close,and obvious resin process could be seen.Conclusion The use of fluoride varnish to remineralize enamel of dental erosion is not conducive to resin bonding and repair.Tooth mouse and Aominqing dental have no significant effect on resin bonding.
