摘要
随着科学技术的发展,互联网在各行各业中的应用也使得各个行业都有了极大的改善,图书资料的管理也不例外。在当前阶段,高校的图书馆读者服务工作需要树立以人为本的工作理念,不断提高图书馆的服务质量,改进服务工作中存在的不合理的问题。由此,该文结合笔者自身工作经验以及当前图书资料服务工作的发展现状,论述了图书资料管理工作中相关人员如何更好地提高自身工作素养,以期为图书资料管理工作的开展注入活力。
With the development of science and technology,the application of the Internet in all walks of life has also greatly improved all industries,and the management of books and materials is no exception.At the current stage,the library reader service work in colleges and universities needs to establish a people-oriented work concept,continuously improve the service quality of the library,and improve the unreasonable problems existing in the service work.Therefore,based on the author's own work experience and the current development status of library materials service,this article discusses how relevant personnel in library materials management work can better improve their work literacy,in order to inject vitality into the development of library materials management work.
