摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂260 t转炉采用高废钢比冶炼导致成品氮含量偏高的问题,分析了影响转炉增氮因素,采取了优化废钢结构、控制提温剂加入数量、优化底吹模型和造渣制度等措施,最终成品氮含量超过0.0050%的平均比率从12.13%稳定降至2.59%,保证了产品质量。
With regard to the problem that content of nitrogen in finished products smelted by 260 t converter with high scrap ratio was on the high side in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the causes leading to increased content of nitrogen were analyzed.After that,by taking such measures as optimizing the component of scrap,controlling the quality of heating agent,optimizing the model for bottom blowing and optimizing the slagging rule,the average rate of content of nitrogen in finished products with over 0.0050%was stably reduced to 2.59%from 12.13%,which guaranteed the quality of products.
