“螺旋定则”构型判断法在有机化学教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 手性碳原子的构型判断是有机化学课程教学中非常重要的内容之一。以往的构型判断方法在实际运用中面临着需要精准的记忆和较好的空间想象力、操作复杂、容易出错等困难,学生往往难以掌握。针对以上问题,本文介绍了“螺旋定则”构型判断法及其在有机化学教学中的应用和实践。该方法不仅适用于以楔形透视式、锯架透视式、Newman投影式、Fischer投影式所表示的化合物中手性碳原子的构型判断,也可以推广至含有其它手性因素化合物的构型判断中。调研结果显示该方法简洁易懂、不易出错,更容易被学生理解和掌握。 The configuration judgment of chiral carbon atoms is one of the very important contents in the teaching of organic chemistry. The previous configuration judgment methods are faced with difficulties in practical application, such as accurate memory and good spatial imagination are required, and complex operation often lead to misjudgments. These factors make it difficult for students to master these methods. In view of the above problems, this article introduces the “screw rule” configuration judgment method and its application and practice in organic chemistry teaching. This method is not only suitable for judging the configuration of chiral carbon atoms in compounds represented by flying-wedge projection, sawhorse projection, Newman projection and Fischer projection, but also can be extended to the configuration judgment of compounds containing other chiral factors. The survey results demonstrate that the method is simple and easy to understand, not easy to make mistakes, and easier to be understood and mastered by students.
