摘要
科学地建立研究生培养体系是激发高级人才潜力和创造力的重要手段,在研究生培养过程中起到负反馈的作用。为了提升研究生教育质量,丰富航空物流领域内关于高级人才培养方面的研究,文章首先运用文献调研法,借鉴已有成果,构建了一套符合航空物流学科特色的专业型研究生培养指标体系。而后基于专家打分法和序关系分析法,对3项一级指标、8项二级指标和20项三级指标进行科学赋权,形成了一套较为科学、全面和易于量化的培养体系,以期为航空物流专业型研究生的培养提供借鉴与参考。
The scientific establishment of postgraduate training system is an important means to stimulate the potential and creativity of senior talents, and plays an important leading role in the process of postgraduate training. With the rapid development of China’s economy, the demand of graduate students majoring in aviation logistics is also increasing day by day. However, the current training of professional postgraduates in aviation logistics is seriously homogenized with that of academic postgraduates, and there is no emphasis on application-oriented training. By using the method of literature research and drawing lessons from the existing achievements, this paper constructs a set of professional postgraduate training index system which accords with the characteristics of aviation logistics discipline. Then, based on expert scoring method and order relation analysis, three first-level indexes, eight second-level indexes and twenty third-level indexes are scientifically weighted, and a more scientific, comprehensive and easy-to-quantify training system is formed. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and reference for the training of professional graduate students in aviation logistics.
