摘要
在“节支降耗、修旧利废”前提下,我段大力提倡和谐型电力机车配件自主修,为积极响应和谐型电力机车空气压缩机C5修自主修攻关,文中对空气压缩机C4修和售后过程漏油、不启动及异音等常见问题进行原因分析[1],切合实际查找具体症结,吸取经验,结合空气压缩机现场检修过程,针对C5自主修攻关提出相关检修建议。
On the premise of“saving expenditure and reducing consumption, repairing the old and making good use of the waste”, the independent repair of harmonious electric locomotive accessories is strongly advocated. In order to tackle key problems in C5 repair and self repair of air compressor of harmonious electric locomotive, the causes of common problems such as oil leakage, non start and abnormal sound during C4 repair and after-sales of air compressor are analyzed. During the on-site maintenance of air compressor, relevant maintenance suggestions are put forward for C5 self major maintenance.
