摘要
抛丸处理工艺是水泥混凝土梁桥铺筑沥青铺装层前的重要工序。为确定水泥混凝土梁桥桥面整体化层抛丸处理工艺关键控制参数,采用平均断面路面构造深度(MPD)和摩擦系数(BPN)作为评价指标,分析不同抛丸速度、抛丸次数和表面浮浆对桥面整体化层粗糙度和摩擦系数的影响。依托广州新白云国际机场第二高速公路建设项目,验证了抛丸处理工艺的关键控制参数。结果表明:抛丸速度、抛丸次数和表面浮浆对抛丸效果具有重要影响,桥面整体化层施工时应严格控制桥面整体化层表面浮浆,现场抛丸时建议按照≤15m/min的速度抛丸一次。
Shot blasting process is an important process before laying asphalt pavement for cement concrete girder bridges. In order to determine the key control parameters of the shot blasting treatment process for the integrated layer of the cement concrete girder bridge deck, the mean section pavement depth(MPD) and friction coefficient(BPN) have been used as evaluation indicators to analyze different shot blasting speeds, shot blasting times and surface floatation, as well as the effect of slurry on the roughness and friction coefficient of the bridge deck integration layer. Being relied on the second expressway construction project of Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport, the key control parameters of the shot blasting process have been verified. The results have shown that the shot blasting speed, the number of shot blasting and the surface laitance have an important influence on the shot blasting effect. During the construction of the bridge deck integrated layer, the surface laitance of the bridge deck integrated layer should be strictly controlled. Shot blasting should be carried out at a speed of ≤15 m/min once on site.
