摘要
国家全面推进乡村振兴战略,农村面貌已发生巨大改变,吸引大学生返乡创业,有利于促进农村经济社会发展。本文以安徽省宿州市返乡大学生创业综合调研为基础,针对大学生返乡创业面临的一系列问题,提出意见和建议。通过构建校地一体的创业培训模式,完善创业项目库,加大资金支持,增加政府服务功能等四位一体的政策措施,在创业政策宏观层面和微观层面双向发力,优化创业环境,盘活乡村资源,助推大学生返乡创业,为实现乡村振兴的宏伟目标贡献力量。
The country will comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy,which will greatlychange the face of rural areas and attract college students to return to their hometowns to start businesses,which will promote the economic and social development of rural areas.The paper puts forward suggestionsfor a series of problems faced by college students returning home to start a business which based on thecomprehensive research on entrepreneurship of returning college students in Suzhou,Anhui Province.Bybuilding a school-site-integrated entrepreneurial training model,improving the entrepreneurial projectlibrary,increasing financial support,and increasing government service functions and other four-in-onepolicy measures,both macro and micro levels of entrepreneurship policy should be used to optimize theentrepreneurial environment,invigorate rural resources,encourage college students to return to theirhometowns and start businesses,which contribute to the realization of the grand goal of rural revitalization.
