新疆7种市售沙枣果实形态分析

摘要 本文对新疆乌鲁木齐市市售的7种沙枣的果实形态指标(包括果实长度、果径、长径比、单果重和可食率)进行了方差分析和聚类分析。结果表明沙枣的果实长度为16.85~23.70 mm,果径长度为10.75~21.24 mm,果实的长径比为1.12~1.61,沙枣单果果重为1.5434~2.0135 g,沙枣果实可食率为73.70%~79.90%。通过聚类分析,这7个样品可以分为4类,其中XC1、XC3、XC4分为一类,XC2、XC5分为一类,XC6、XC7各为一类,在聚类的过程中,果实长度和单果重对聚类的结果影响最大。综合分析结果显示,果实长度、果径、长径比、单果重和可食率可作为沙枣分级的依据;其中,果实长度、果径、长径比和单果重可作为沙枣分级首先考虑的依据。 The fruit morphological indexes(including fruit length,fruit diameter,length to diameter ratio,single fruit weight and edible rate)of 7 kinds of Elaeagnus angustifolia L sold in Urumqi city of Xinjiang were analyzed by variance analysis and cluster analysis in this paper.The results showed that the fruit length ranged from 16.85 mm to 23.70 mm,and the fruit diameter ranged from 10.75 mm to 21.24 mm,the length to diameter ratio of fruit ranged from 1.12 to 1.61,weight of single fruit ranged from 1.5434 g to 2.0135 g,and the edible rate of fruit ranged from 73.70%to 79.90%.Through cluster analysis,these 7 samples can be divided into four categories,XC1,XC3 and XC4 were divided into one category,XC2 and XC5 were divided into one category,XC6 and XC7 were respectively divided into category.In the process of clustering,fruit length and fruit weight have the greatest influence on the clustering results.The comprehensive analysis results showed that fruit length,fruit diameter,length-diameter ratio,single fruit weight and edible rate could be used as the basis for the classification of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.Among them,fruit length,fruit diameter,length-diameter ratio and single fruit weight could be considered as the basis of classification.
