摘要
本文综述了微波辅助提取植物多酚的作用机制及其对植物多酚的提取率、生物活性、组成影响的相关研究进展,为微波辅助提取在植物多酚提取中的进一步应用提供参考。
This paper introduces the mechanism of microwave-assisted extraction of plant polyphenols and its effects on the extraction rate,biological activity and composition of plant polyphenols,so as to provide reference for the further application of microwave-assisted extraction in plant polyphenols extraction.
