摘要
目的探究分析持续质量改进对耳鼻喉病房护理质量管理的影响。方法选取我院2019年5-2020年3月进行常规护理管理的43例耳鼻喉病人为对照组,另选取2020年4月-2021年2月我院进行持续质量改进护理管理的43例耳鼻喉病人为观察组,对比两组护理质量管理评分和患者满意度差异。结果观察组基础护理、特一级护理、文件书写、操作技能、感染管理等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为95.35%,显著高于对照组81.40%(P<0.05)。结论对耳鼻喉科疾病实施持续质量改进护理管理后,护理质量管理评分和患者满意度均得到显著提升,临床上值得应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of continuous quality improvement on nursing quality management in ENT wards.Method 43 cases of ENT patients who underwent routine nursing management in our hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group,and 43 cases of ENT patients who underwent continuous quality improvement nursing management in our hospital from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected For the observation group,compare the differences in nursing quality management scores and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results The scores of basic nursing,special first-class nursing,document writing,operating skills,infection management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 81.40% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion After implementing continuous quality improvement nursing management for otolaryngology diseases,both the nursing quality management score and patient satisfaction have been significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical application.
