摘要
围绕科技工作者需求,科协组织开展了一系列人才工作,着力增强科技工作者认同感、归属感、获得感,支持科技工作者成长成才,搭建学术交流合作平台,营造良好创新环境和助力科技工作者在经济社会发展中自我实现,为科技工作者的事业发展和价值实现提供了有力支持。面向新时代人才事业发展的新任务、新目标,本文以安徽省科技工作者为研究样本,进一步了解科技工作者的重点需求和突出困难,提出科协组织强化桥梁纽带作用的相关建议,包括加大青年人才培养支持力度,推动健全科技人才评价体系,聚焦重点领域推动科技经济融合发展,引导更多科技工作者参与科普工作等。
Focusing on the need of the S&T workers,CAST has done a series of talent related work to enhancing the sense of identification,sense of belonging,and sense of gain,and supporting the growing up and success of S&T workers,and provided strong support for the career development and value realization of S&T workers,such as building academic exchange and cooperation platforms,creating a good innovation environment and helping S&T workers fulfill their self-actualization in serving economic and social development.Facing the new tasks and goals of talent development in the new era,this study designs to understand the key needs and difficulties of S&T workers based on a survey in Anhui Province,and puts forward suggestions on strengthening CAST’s role of bridges and ties.The suggestions are as follows:strengthening the cultivation and support of young talents,promoting the improvement of the evaluation system of S&T talents,focusing on key areas so as to boost the integrated development of science,technology and economy,and guiding more S&T workers to participate in science popularization.
