摘要
中国和加拿大都是拥有优秀传统文化的多民族统一国家。由于两国政治历史和经济及其文化教育制度等原因,中加民族高等教育财政资助政策在实施的背景和目的及其内容等方面有不同,但在民族高等教育制度,尤其是民族高等教育财政资助政策的目的及其具体形式和内容等方面亦有其共性。在新时代视域下,基于理性视角审视,法律化和分层分类对待是两国民族高等教育财政资助政策的完善与发展的趋势,推动少数民族经济的发展是解决问题的关键。
China and Canada are both unified multi⁃ethnic countries with brilliant traditional culture.The financial aid policies for ethnic higher education of the two countries are quite different in their implementation backgrounds,aims,and contents for political,historical,economic,and cultural reasons,especially due to the different educational systems.However,the two countries also have similarities in their ethnic higher education systems,especially in the purpose,specific form and content of financial aid policies.In the new era,viewed from a rational perspective,financial aid policies for ethnic higher education in the two countries follow two trends,i.e.,legalization and stratified and classified treatment.Promoting the development of ethnic economy is the key to solve problems.
