非对称斜拉桥纵向抗推牛腿支座参数仿真分析及验证——以高淳花山大桥为例

摘要 为确定花山大桥纵向抗推牛腿支座的合理参数,文章运用midas FEA NX有限元软件对其进行局部仿真模拟分析,并对测点的实测值与仿真值进行对比分析。结果表明,随着牛腿顶板、底板和腹板厚度增加,主梁应力略微增大,牛腿最大应力明显降低;垫板加劲肋厚度对主梁应力和牛腿应力基本无影响;牛腿外侧加劲肋对主梁和牛腿应力影响显著,且外缘圆弧形式较为合理;抗推牛腿的仿真模型准确、可靠。 In order to determine the reasonable parameters of the longitudinal anti-push corbel support of Huashan Bridge,the midas FEA NX finite element software is used to conduct the local simulation analysis,and the measured values and simulated values of the measuring points are compared and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the top plate,bottom plate and web of the corbel,the stress of the main beam increases slightly,and the maximum stress of the corbel decreases obviously.The thickness of stiffeners on the cushion plate has little effect on the stress of the main beam and the corbel.The external stiffening rib of the corbel has obvious influence on the stress of the main beam and the corbel.The outer arc form is reasonable.The simulation model of anti-push corbel is accurate and reliable.
