摘要
盾构既在长大坡度,又在小曲线段上掘进是西安地铁面临的一个全新的重难点课题,对施工的安全和质量提出了更高的要求。对此,文章以西安地铁4号线工程D4TJSG-3标段为例,首先详细叙述了盾构在长大坡度小曲线段掘进过程中的风险,然后通过新旧始发方案的经济性对比,提出了相应的施工控制技术及难题的解决方法,能为后续盾构施工类似工程提供参考。
Shield tunneling in both long slope and small curve sections is a new and difficult task faced by Xi’an Metro,which puts forward higher requirements for construction safety and quality.In this regard,this paper takes the D4TJSG-3 bid section of Xi’an Metro Line 4 project as an example.Firstly,the risks of shield tunneling in the small curve section with large slope are described in detail.Then,through the economic comparison of the old and new launching schemes,the corresponding construction control technology and the solutions to the problems are proposed,which can provide references for similar projects in subsequent shield construction.
