摘要
针对9^(#)+10^(#)煤层合并开采时,区段煤柱留设尺寸大的问题,提出对巷道顶板岩层采用预裂爆破方式进行切顶卸压,采用理论分析、工程类比及数值模拟的方法,确定预裂爆破孔深度为16 m,与竖直方向夹角为15°,区段煤柱合理尺寸为10 m,并进行现场试验。结果表明,预裂爆破后巷道围岩变形量较小,且煤柱侧锚杆受力小于顶板及实体煤侧锚杆受力,煤柱宽度为10 m可以满足矿方的安全生产要求。
In order to solve the problem of large size of section coal pillar in combined mining of the 9^(#)+10^(#)coal seam,it is put forward that presplitting blasting should be used to cut and relieve pressure in roadway roof.By using the methods of theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and numerical simulation,it is determined that the depth of the pre-splitting blasting hole is 16 m,the angle between the pre-splitting blasting hole and the vertical direction is 15°,the reasonable size of the section coal pillar is 10 m,and the field test is carried out.The results show that after presplitting blasting,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is small,the force of coal pillar side anchor is less than that of roof and solid coal side anchor,and the width of coal pillar is 10 m,which can meet the safety production requirements of the mine.
