特厚煤层孤岛工作面快速停采工艺应用

摘要 针对同忻煤矿8102特厚煤层孤岛工作面停采期间矿压显现明显,停采阶段易发生支护破坏及顶板软脱下沉等问题,为实现安全快速停采,对停采支护方案及施工工艺进行优化。快速停采方案及工艺停采时间12 d,较以往节约6 d,取得较好成果。 In view of the obvious mine pressure behavior during mining stoping in isolated island face of the 8102 extra thick coal seam in Tongxin Coal Mine,support failure and roof soft subsidence are easy to occur in mining stoping stage.In order to realize safe and rapid mining stoping,the mining stopping support scheme and construction technology are optimized.The rapid mining stopping scheme and process stopping time is 12 days,which is 6 days less than before,and good results have been achieved.
