摘要
草垛沟煤业急倾斜煤层以往主要采用钻爆法掘进开切眼,该方案掘进单进水平低,影响矿井采掘接替。以8103切眼为例,进行了急倾斜煤层开切眼机械化掘进一次成巷技术的实践应用,采用MWD2/0.12L型煤矿用液压挖掘机+巷道顶板、两帮及底板的四方主动支护,有效提高了急倾斜煤层开切眼的掘进速度,安全经济效益显著。
In the past,the steeply inclined coal seam in Caoduogou Coal Industry mainly used the drilling and blasting method to cut the hole,but the single driving level of this scheme was low,which affected the replacement of mine mining.Taking the 8103 hole cutting as an example,the practical application of mechanized driving one-time roadway technology in steeply inclined coal seam is carried out.By using MWD2/0.12L hydraulic excavator plus square active support of roadway roof,two sides and floor,the driving speed of opening and cutting in steeply inclined coal seam is effectively improved,and the safety and economic benefit is remarkable.
