摘要
文章针对水利工程档案管理工作中存在工作量大、工作难度大的问题,借助于BIM技术在水利信息化中的优势,研究出一套水利工程全生命周期的档案管理系统,主要分为收集、整编、查询和借阅4个方面。实践证明,该系统有效弥补传统档案管理的不足,保证水利工程项目顺利竣工验收、长期稳定的安全运行,全面提升水利工程项目的质量,进而推动水利工程中档案管理信息化的发展。
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload and difficulty in water conservancy project archives management,and with the help of the advantages of BIM technology in water conservancy informatization, this paper studies a set of water conservancy project life cycle archives management system, which is mainly divided into four aspects: collection,reorganization, inquiry and borrowing. It is proved that the system effectively makes up for the shortcomings of traditional archives management, ensures the smooth completion and acceptance of water conservancy projects, long-term stable and safe operation, and comprehensively improves the quality of water conservancy projects. Furthermore, it promotes the development of archives management informatization in water conservancy projects.
