摘要
为了探讨干旱胁迫对谷子萌发期生长的影响,明确萌发期抗旱性相关指标,并筛选出抗旱新品种,本试验采用不同浓度的PEG溶液(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)模拟干旱胁迫对24个谷子新品种(系)的5个抗旱性指标进行了测定和分析,并对5个抗旱性指标进行主成分分析,通过隶属函数法对24个品种(系)进行了抗旱性综合评价,并通过聚类分析对24个品种(系)进行了分类。结果表明,PEG模拟干旱胁迫处理下,谷子的发芽势、发芽率、胚根长和胚芽长均受到不同程度的抑制,且随着PEG浓度的升高,5个抗旱性指标呈下降趋势。通过发芽势和发芽率的分析结果,确定了抗旱性鉴定的最适宜浓度为10%的PEG。通过主成分分析将5个抗旱性指标转化为3个主成分,累计贡献率为85.53%。24个品种(系)抗旱性综合评价的D值为0.18~0.915。依据D值利用聚类分析将24个谷子品种(系)分为五类,其中强耐旱型品种包含济谷22、山西红谷、张杂谷16、冀谷39、冀科1号和嫩选15,耐旱型品种包含张杂谷26、金苗K 2和九谷23。
In order to explore the effects of drought stress on millet growth at germination stage,clarify drought resistance related indexes at germination stage,and screen out new drought-resistant varieties,in this experiment,5 indexes of drought resistance of 24 millet varieties(lines)were measured and analyzed by using PEG solution of different concentrations(0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%)to simulate drought stress.Five drought resistance indexes were analyzed by principal component analysis,and 24 cultivars(lines)were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method while 24 cultivars(lines)were classified by cluster analysis.The results showed that under PEG simulated drought stress,the germination potential,germination rate,radicle length and germ length of millet were inhibited to varying degrees.With the increase of PEG concentration,the five drought resistance indexes showed a decreasing trend.Through the analysis of germination potential and germination rate,the optimum concentration for drought resistance identification was determined to be 10%PEG.Through principal component analysis,five drought resistance indexes were transformed into three principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate was 85.528%.The D value of comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of 24 varieties(lines)ranged from 0.18 to 0.915.According to the D-value,24 millet varieties(lines)were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis.The drought-tolerant varieties included Jigu 22,Shanxi Honggu,Zhangzagu 16,Jigu 39,Jikegu 1 and Nenxuan 15,and the drought-tolerant varieties containing Zhangzagu 26,Jinmiao K 2 and Jiugu 23.
