摘要
简化消风散为当代川派外科名医艾儒棣教授所创,该方从“风”“湿”“热”合邪,郁于肌肤腠理的病机出发,遵《外科正宗》消风散清热、疏风、除湿之意,更添解毒之功。符合四川盆地特殊的地理环境、多湿的气候特点以及人们偏嗜碍脾蕴湿的生活习惯,以疏风清热、渗湿止痒为治法,临床上以简化消风散为基础方,加减化裁,每获良效。成都中医药大学附属医院皮肤科医师郝平生教授临床上亦常用此方加减辨证治疗常见皮肤病,收效迅速,效如桴鼓。从该方的方义体会及临床验案揭示配伍经验,体现中医药特色。
