摘要
目的:应用中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5),研究现代文献中关于中医药治疗癌症食欲不振-恶病质综合征的遣方用药规律,为临床应用提供数据支持及参考。方法:基于中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),将收集整理的105个处方录入中医传承辅助平台系统,建立数据库,对组方数据库进行频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、四气五味及归经分布等研究。结果:共涉及中药191味,使用频次前5位的药物依次为白术、茯苓、炙甘草、黄芪、党参,最常用的药对为白术-茯苓;频次最高的药性为温,药味为甘,归经以脾经为主;挖掘出18个核心组合,演化得到新处方9个。结论:现代医家应用中医药治疗癌症食欲不振-恶病质综合征以“用药甘温,建中脏之阳”“善用药对,存中焦之气”“肺脾肾三脏同调,顾健脾胃贯穿始终”为用药特色,对应了中焦脾胃亏虚贯穿疾病始终的病机特点。
Objective:To study the prescription and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer anorexia cachexia syndrome by using traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform system(V2.5),so as to provide data support and reference for clinical application.Methods:Based on CNKI,105prescriptions collected and sorted were input into the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform system,and the database was established.The frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,four Qi and five flavor and meridian distribution of the prescription database were studied.Results:191kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved.The top five drugs were Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz,Poria cocos,fried licorice,Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula,and the most commonly used drug pair was Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz Poria cocos;The most frequent drug is warm,the taste is sweet,and spleen meridian is the main channel;18core combinations were mined and 9new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer anorexia cachexia syndrome is characterized by“using sweet and warm medicine to build the Yang of the middle viscera”,“being good at using drugs,preserving the Qi of the middle energizer”and “harmonizing the lung,spleen and kidney,strengthening the spleen and stomach throughout”,which corresponds to the pathogenesis characteristics of spleen and stomach deficiency of the middle energizer throughout the disease.
